Our Wedding Coordinators will be delighted to meet with you to answer your questions and provide a personal tour of the facility.
The Pastor will be available to meet with you to discuss the forms the ceremony can take and to set a schedule of appointments for pre-marital counseling.

Our Facility
The Sanctuary
The Walnut Creek United Methodist Church Sanctuary provides an elegant setting for a large wedding (seats 325) held at any time of the day or evening. The central aisle leading to a raised Chancel area allows your Wedding guests to easily view the entire ceremony.The Sanctuary has a sound system featuring lapel microphones to assist your guest to hear the person conducting the ceremony, and a CD and tape player should you wish to have a few selections of prerecorded music. A new addition are the discretely mounted monitors should an appropriate DVD be desired.
The Chapel
When planning a small, intimate Wedding, the Chapel (seating 60) is a charming location. The soft, meditative surroundings is a perfect background to any style of decoration. A high-gloss, black, Baldwin 5’8” Grand Piano is available for our church Organist to play your musical selections.
Music
Special music such as soloists, brass groups, and flute can be arranged in addition to the options listed below.
In the Sanctuary, our Organist is available to provide the musical setting for your Walnut Creek United Methodist Church Wedding.
Instruments available include a Swain & Kates 13 rank pipe organ and a 6’ Yamaha Grand Piano. A sound technician can play CD selections of your choice from the main console.

Arrangements with a Soloist are negotiated separately and remitted directly after the ceremony by the wedding couple.
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date on the church calendar. The remaining balance is due one month prior to the date of the rehearsal.
