Directions:
We enter the chapel in reverent Silence. If you want to talk, please do so in the courtyard. We will start promptly at 9:00. A reading from Scripture will lead us into our first sit. A slow, meditative walk will follow. Two more sits, with a second walk in between will follow. The final chime releases us from our morning together, and as we entered the sacred space of the chapel, so we depart in reverent Silence.
Please join us in the prayer in the stillness, where we open our hearts and minds with intention and open ourselves to the Holy One who hears and knows all. This is a receiving prayer of peace and of letting go.
